Participants must be a Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical,  Aquaculture and Fisheries, Agriculture, Biology Faculty student or graduate.

Poster presentation/ Oral presentation / Listener

The Scientific Commitee of the Congress, consisting of the academic staff members of the relevant branches of our faculty, hold the right to require a change of oral presentation in to poster or to decline the total presentation.

Each Lecturer has ten minutes for oral presentations; two minutes discussion time is included. A special location in the convention hall will be reserved for poster presentations. Each lecturer will have five minutes discussion time during poster session.

All kinds of standart and electronic slide projection devices will be available for service in the congress hall according to the requirements of the lecturers.

Oral and poster presentations will be in the proceedings in Turkish and English.

The abstract ;

-          Must include Introduction/ Purpose/ Method-Material/ Results/ Conclusion

-          The abstract must not exceed 200 wods.

-          The name of the lecturer must be underlined

-          The abstracts must be in accordance with Microsoft Office, Times New Roman, 12 Pts

-          The abstracts should be received by the organization commitee before 1 April 2010. Those not, will not be published at the proceedingsbut still keep the right to make their presentation. Abstract which are received after 19 April 2010 will not be considered in the Proceedings.

-          Poster dimensions must not exceed 90 x 110 cm

-          The application form must be filled correctly and completely for participation

Each participant must submit a copy the money order including their name with e-mail or fax. The payments will be made to the account number shown below.
